Last night’s collection, presented by creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri, took its cue from both New York and Paris, featuring prints of both the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty, as well as positioning former house patron Marlene Dietrich as muse. The famously reclusive star once insisted on the designer in her Warner contract, stating “No Dior, No Dietrich.”
